She is also the Chief Executive Coach and Managing Director at The Growth Coach Singapore, an esteemed global business coaching organization with over 25 years of experience across 150 markets and headquarters in the United States. A certified executive coach, Amily specializes in one-on-one performance coaching, behavioral change, and career transition and development. Her diverse background includes 15 years of international experience in Europe and China before returning to Singapore nine years ago. Prior to her coaching career, Amily worked as a corporate and private banker and held roles with a Singapore Government Ministry.
